RESOLUTION
OF THE VERKHOVNA RADA OF UKRAINE
“On transferring the governmental residence “Mezhyhirya” back into state ownership”
In view of resuming the right of ownership of the Ukrainian people,
the Verkhovna Rada resolves:
1. To return the property of the leisure complex “Pushcha-Vodytsia” of “Mezhyhirya” area (governmental residence “Mezhyhirya”) into state ownership.
2. This Resolution comes into force on the day of its adoption.
3. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the authorized state bodies shall, within ten days since the day of enactment of this Resolution, hold the respective measures and secure transfer of property of the leisure complex “Pushcha-Vodytsia” of “Mezhyhirya” area (governmental residence “Mezhyhirya”) into state ownership.
